Natti’s Pupuseria

Wednesday, April 15th @ Fresh Gatherings Cafe + Farm

11AM to 1PM or Sold-Out

Haven’t you heard? I’m bringing a taste of El Salvador to Fresh Gatherings Cafe on April 15th from 11:00-1:30pm!

Pupusas, a classic Salvadoran dish, will be making an appearance. What’s a pupusa, you ask? Imagine a warm corn tortilla stuffed with gooey cheese, refried beans, and savory meats or any combination you can dream of! This underrated hand-held dish is crispy on the outside and melty on the inside.

Pick your favorite:

- Fried Pork and Cheese Pupusa

- Bean and Cheese Pupusa (VG)

- Drink Special: Mango Agua Fresca

Traditionally, pupusas are served with curtido, a tangy, crunchy slaw made from cabbage, carrots, onions, and vinegar. Don’t forget about the salsa roja! This savory tomato salsa is unique for its hint of oregano and the right touch of spice. Together, every bite becomes unforgettable.

Whether it’s your first time trying pupusas or a nostalgic trip back to childhood favorites, come savor a taste of El Salvador at my pop up at Fresh Gatherings! Can’t wait to see you there!

If you have any questions, contact Natalie at 314-701-4137 or natalie.grossenheider@slu.edu.

See you there
