TAPAS TASTING
Monday, April 20th @ Fennel Cooking Studio 5-8PM
Join us for a hands-on culinary experience where you’ll learn how to create a selection of vibrant, Spanish-inspired tapas, all completely gluten free.
During the class, participants will prepare empanadas, croquetas, and patatas bravas. Along the way, you’ll also make a variety of sauces, including romesco sauce, bravas sauce, garlic aioli, herb green oil, and cilantro-lime crema. Throughout the class, guests will learn key techniques such as preparing gluten-free doughs, balancing spices, making emulsified sauces, and perfectly frying tapas. At the end of the class, everyone will sit down together to enjoy the dishes they’ve prepared.
The class will take place at Fennel Cooking Studio on Monday April 20th at 5pm and will last around 3-3.5 hours. Fennel Cooking Studio is not a dedicated gluten free facility; all equipment and surfaces will be thoroughly washed beforehand.
Cost $70 per person—Payment is through Venmo.
