ABROAD TO THE LOW COUNTRY

Monday, April 27th — 6:30PM @ Song Bird

We will be taking you on a journey from Chef Mitchell Gratz's semester abroad through a tasting menu with low-country Southern roots. There will be stops in Madrid, Porto, Seville, Copenhagen, Paris, Tangier, and Rome. The menu includes hot and cold Appetizers, a local vegetable dish, a main entree, and a reimagined Roman staple as a dessert, with some surprises along the way.

The menu is 100% gluten and tree-nut free. We are happy to make accommodations with any dietary preferences as long as ample time is available.
